We keep it simple, shoot with Iphone/Android while sitting in relaxed position. Time yourself without being too scripted. Speak from your heart, speak from your personal experiences. I'm looking for authenticity not actors. Each of us have a story of value to share. It's not about our look, ability to publicly speak, it's about the meaning of your spoken words, your pearls of wisdom that will inspire others.
Have fun with it, if you don't like the first attempt, simple delete it and redo until you are almost satisfied.
